No. At checkout, you only need to select the Pass Start Date - ideally this is the date when your trip starts. You'll choose the visit date for each individual attraction after your pass purchase is complete.
Once your purchase is confirmed, there are a couple of ways to select dates for individual attractions.
Download our app, login and start selecting your attraction dates or log in via the website, go to your bookings and confirm your visit dates for each attraction.
By the way, the order confirmation email you will receive will also have a unique link which helps you do this easily.

We understand plans can change. A pass can be cancelled only if none of its offers have been redeemed. A partially used pass cannot be cancelled.

Tickets not yet issued: Our team may be able to review your case and work with the attraction provider on your behalf. This is assessed case by case and is not guaranteed, as it depends on the provider’s own policies. If a refund is approved following this review, please allow up to 30 business days for it to be credited back to your original payment method.
A city pass is considered redeemed if any attraction/experience ticket or complimentary voucher has been used by the customer.

Book: Once you have purchased the pass, select the attractions you'd like to visit on the day and generate an e-ticket/voucher.
Redeem: Present your ticket/QR code at the attraction to skip lines and gain direct access.
Bestseller Bundles are most suited for short trips and layovers when you have limited time and wish to explore 1-2 top attractions in Abu Dhabi. You can select the best combo in the Bestseller Bundle section and enjoy your visit.

Yes, modifications can be made only if the pass has not been used. You can directly contact the help@alike.io for any change requests. Unfortunately, modification requests for partially consumed passes cannot be serviced.
